Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access and use of the Telegram bot Pulse (hereinafter "Bot"), which provides services for creating tokens on the Ethereum, Solana, Tron, and Binance Smart Chain (BSC) blockchain networks.

The Bot is a tool for creating and managing tokens and is not a financial institution, broker, seller, or intermediary. All operations are performed through smart contracts on the respective blockchain networks. The Bot does not store, send, or receive digital assets.

By using the Bot, you unconditionally agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any provisions, you must immediately cease using the Bot.

2. User Acknowledgments

1. All operations in the Bot are performed through blockchain networks, and you agree that:
   • The Bot does not control blockchain networks and is not responsible for their availability or proper functioning.
   • There are risks associated with using smart contracts and blockchain technologies, including technical failures and speculative risks.
2. The Bot may interact with third-party services (e.g., wallets). We do not control these services and are not responsible for their actions or errors.
3. You understand that the Bot does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. All actions are taken at your own risk.

3. User Requirements

1. Use of the Bot is permitted only to individuals who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
2. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and not to use the Bot for illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or violation of third-party rights.
3. You confirm that you are not under sanctions and are not a resident of a country where the use of the Bot is prohibited.

4. Disclaimer

1. The Bot is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or security of the services.
2. We are not responsible for:
   • Losses caused by user errors, blockchain network failures, or third-party actions.
   • Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.
3. Materials and information provided by the Bot are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation for action.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All rights to the software, design, content, and other materials related to the Bot belong to PulsPro.
2. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, or use the Bot's materials without our written consent.

6. Violation of Terms

1. We reserve the right to disclose user information in the event of:
   • Violation of these Terms.
   • Requests from government authorities.
   • Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
2. In the case of legal proceedings, we may recover all legal costs and expenses from you.

7. Changes to Terms

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. We will notify you of significant changes 30 days before they take effect.
3. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect signifies your agreement to the new Terms.
